Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact to schedule a free 20 minute introductory call during which I can tell you more about the way I work and you can ask any questions. If you decide to start sessions we will agree a regular time for our sessions.

Which professional bodies do you belong to?
As I am in counsellor in training, the session fee is at a reduced rate of £25 for a 50 minute session. Please note that the reduced training fee will increase as training progresses. I will ensure that you have at least 6 weeks notice of any pricing changes.

As I am a trainee counsellor, excluding the initial introductory session, sessions must be audio-taped as a condition of training. Only with your consent will sessions be recorded, and no personal identifiable material will be included.
Recordings of sessions will be used for training purposes only, and brief portions of the sessions will be transcribed. Recordings will be safely and confidentially stored and permanently deleted after a maximum of 12 months from the date they were made. A consent agreement will be provided.
I am in regular supervision. No personally identifiable data is shared during supervision; all clients are anonymised. The intention of supervision is to present and discuss parts of sessions, interventions and my development as a pscyhospiritual therapist to best serve you and our time together, and to meet industry ethics and standards.
I am a trainee member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), abiding by their ethical framework. I am also a trainee student member of the Association for Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP). I am therefore bound by the APP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure.
